10Q Italian Recipes is an APP with more than 1000 Italian recipes chosen among the most representative at regional
level and the best known worldwide. The APP represents a gastronomic journey that lets you know virtually Italy,
through its most typical flavours.

The aim is to present in detail the quality of protected designation of origin products (239 between PDO – PGI - TSG),
those products that make a dish unique thanks to the tradition, work and devotion of the producers present only in
some Italian regions.

The recommended Italian Restaurants in the world present these dishes in their menu, constantly enriching this APP.

Looking through the "Recipes" gives easy access to the needed ingredients, the preparation method, the ingredients
manufacturer location (with georeferenced maps) and tourist information to better know the area.

You don’t feel like shopping and want to use the ingredients you have at home (fridge / pantry)? No sweat! Write
down the available ingredients the APP will provide you all the recipes containing them, also suggesting some
information about the designation of origin ingredients. And if you are not satisfied with the result of your dish
preparation, you can always look through the list of the restaurants where you can taste the recipe you choose…and
your palate will be satisfied!
